Challenges

I use pride myself on how well my kids got along, lately, not so much.
They are constantly fighting lately. I know mostly it's because Lucas wants to be next to Kilynn at ALL times.
I'm not one of those moms that make my kids play together all the time. They are different ages and at times, enjoy different things. For the most part Kilynn is very understanding with Luke, but sometimes I let her play in her room with the gate up so he won't destroy her "little village" or whatever it may be she has set up.
I know they'll fight, it's pretty typical of siblings. I'm sure once Lucas is old enough not to want everything Kilynn has, it'll be better. Right now, he's just super ornery, and Kilynn has always been quite sensitive.
Other than that, they are doing great. Kilynn loves school. She's always eager to go. I'm glad.
Lucas is starting to talk more and more. It's great, and wierd at the same time. It took him so long to talk that it's strange sometimes. LOL. Some of it is still only understandable by his parents and close relatives, but he's doing well.

I'm still sick. It's taking forever to feel better. I took a nap today. I never was able to last week. And we had a long weekend. Saturday was dance, and then my brother and his wife over for dinner and chatting. It was a late night, and early morning Sunday to head up to Oak Harbor to do some shopping. Than we cleaned out the garage yesterday! We need to make room so we can get the flooring we want and get to work on that hopefully before December.

I haven't even considered what's for dinner tonight. Ryan is working late, so I may just feed the kids, and I'll have leftovers.
