I took these pictures of some of the dinner I made the other night! Yumm!
Eggrolls, and sushi.
One sushi roll is lime/shrimp/cilantro, with avacado and toasted almonds.
The other is just carrots, cucumber, toasted almonds and avacado.
Again, yum!

dinner
I'm tired..I got little sleep last night, and I took Kiley, Lucas, my little brother and one of Ki's friends to the Childrens Museum today. Whew! The opened up one of the *classrooms* for some carpet skating. The kids really enjoyed this, a lot!

You made sushi! Wow..I'm impressed! I only learned that from living here..I don't think I ever woudl have even been brave enough to try it before. And still I'll only eat the stuff with cooked fish in it.
