I'm a PioneerWomen reader, love her blog. She posted this recipe a few days ago, and it was calling my name.
It's a yogurt cake, with a yogurt/orange marmlade icing.
It was good. I'm not a huge marmalage eater, but still liked it. It wasn't really sweet, but that was a nice change from other desserts.

I could see making the icing with another type of jelly even, and it being good.
So, on a scale of 1-5 (1 being bad, 5 being great). I'm giving it a 3.5-4 from me.
Here's mine

I've made her most favorite salad ever, it was super good. I'd give that 4-4.5 stars. Not 5, only because I have another asian flavored salad recipe that I love as well.

it sure must have been moist though. That sounds yummy. I prefer not too sweet. Will have to check out her blog. Although with cams illness I've been having to not bake as much and keep him on mostly live/raw foods.
