Kilynn is feeling better this evening. I can tell because she's asking for food, and milk. And has more energy.
I'm glad, I hate puke.
Lucas is happy too, I think he was lonely yesterday, without his big sister to follow around.
Tonight when Ryan told Kilynn is was time for bed she said "Nope, not quiet yet daddy".

I had my massage today! Ah, I needed that!
